REPEAT YOUR REMEDY

For maximum benefit it is often recommeded that you take a flower essence remedy for two months or two lunar cycles. The first month can initiate the change and another month can consolidate it. It may be appropriate to continue a remedy for 3-6 months, particularly for chronic conditions or long standing patterns. You can repeat a remedy at anytime, particularly during periods of high stress, during times of change or periods of growth.
